前言
“五行院”坐落于攀枝花国际康养学院旁，依托于丰富的自然资源，这里吸引着许多有康养需求的老人来此养生。
"Five elements hospital" is located next to Panzhihua International Health College. Relying on rich natural resources, it attracts many elderly people with health care needs to come here for health preservation.
作品以中医五行金木水火土为概念，对场地内五栋老建筑空间改造成康养民宿，意图结合中医五行理疗用不同的空间场景来疗愈人们的身心健康。
The work takes the concept of Chinese medicine five elements gold wood water fire earth, transforms the space of five old buildings in the site into convalescent homestay, and intends to use different space scenes to heal people's physical and mental health in combination with Chinese medicine five elements physiotherapy.Site analysis
场地位于四川省攀枝花市，场地为五栋老的合院建筑，现已荒废需要重新改造利用。场地如上图红色区域。
The site is located in Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province. The site is composed of five old courtyard buildings, which have been abandoned and need to be reconstructed. The siteis shown in the red area above.

屋顶社区：屋顶露台将所有的房子整合成一个综合体，因此老人可以在该区域无障碍移动。
疗伤花园：室外铺地向外舒展，延伸，与自然形成渗透关系。
个性化治疗：基于元素的寄宿家庭设计提供了多种治疗方法，以满足所有患者的需求。

我们通过五个不同人物的视角，用故事性的方式阐述对五栋老屋的改造设计。
Through the perspective of five different characters, we elaborate the transformation design of five old houses in a narrative way.
我们幻想了五个性格各异，需要得到疗愈的人物，他们分别为：屠先生，穆女士，霍先生，水女士，金先生。
We fantasize about five characters with different personalities who need to be cured. They are Mr. Tu, Ms. Mu, Mr. Huo, Ms. Shui and Mr. Jin.
设计首先对场地进行了有效梳理同时做整体设计，采用景观先行的设计思路和运营前置的理念，建筑与环境共同营造出天人合一，心灵合一的愿景景象。
First of all, the design effectively combs the site, and at the same time makes the overall design. Using the design idea of landscape first and the concept of operation front, the building and the environment jointly create a vision of the unity of man and nature and the unity of soul. 
肺（金）：主气，司呼吸，主宣发与肃降，主皮毛，通调水道，开窍于鼻其华在毛皮。
肝（木）：肝主疏泄，主藏血，解毒，开窍于目，其华在爪。
肾（水）：主藏精主生长发育与生殖，主水，主纳气。开窍于耳及二阴，气华在发。
心（火）：主血脉，主神志，开窍于舌，其华在面。
脾（土）：主运化，主统血，主筋肉，开窍于口，其华在唇。

土生金
Earth feeds Metal
故事第一位主人公是屠先生，他是一名工程师。由于饥饿的童年以及成年后对食物的过分摄取，如今他的胃有严重的问题，因此来到土之屋接受治疗。
The first one is Mr. Tu, an engineer. Because of his starving childhood and excessive intake of food as an adult, he now has serious stomach problems, so he came to earth house for treatment.
这一天是多云天气，金先生来到土之屋庭院，腋下夹着中国象棋棋盘。屠先生从他独自阅读的诗书中抬起头，注意到一位新朋友正来到这里。他们一起对弈，欣赏着优美的山景，到了晚上，当灯光打开时，其他病人坐在温暖的金色阅读室中，举办一场茶道会。
It was a cloudy day. Mr. Jin came to the courtyard of earth with a Chinese chess board under his arm. Mr. Tu looked up from the book of poems he had read alone and noticed that a new friend was coming here. They played chess together and enjoyed the mountain scenery of rouyue. In the evening, when the light was on, other patients sat in the warm golden reading room and held a tea ceremony.
Tree feeds Fire
第二位是恬静的穆女士，也是一个孤独的园艺爱好者，她在2020年新冠疫情大流行期间失去了她的丈夫。而随着年龄的衰老，她的四肢开始疼痛。木之屋是她摆脱伤痛的希望之地。
The second patient was quiet lady mu, a lonely gardening enthusiast who lost her husband during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. As she grew older, her limbs began to ache. The house of wood is a place of hope for her to get over the pain.
第二天日落非常美丽。树影像花边一样落在穆女士的背上，而她正忙碌于打理她的斜坡花园。突然，她听到有人上屋顶平台。这是霍先生，他想要看日落，但不得不使用电梯，因为他的心脏感受到了疼痛。穆女士邀请他品尝她的花园浆果，并在她房间的圆形天窗看日落。他们欢笑着看着天空中经过的粉色云彩，感觉就好像自由而平静的童年时光一样。
The next day the sunset was very beautiful. The shadow of the tree fell like lace on Ms. Mu's back, while she was busy taking care of her sloping garden. Suddenly, she heard someone on the roof terrace. This is Mr. Huo. He wants to see the sunset, but he has to use the elevator because his heart feels pain. Ms. Mu invited him to taste her garden berries and watch the sunset in the circular skylight of her room. They laughed and looked at the pink clouds passing through the sky, feeling like free and peaceful childhood.

第三位是霍先生，自从很久以前他妻子去世到现在他一直单身生活，而她的孩子们搬到大城市。他最近感到心脏有些不舒服，为了自己身体的平安无忧，他来土之屋居住。
The third is Mr. Huo, who has been single since his wife died a long time ago, while her children have moved to big cities. Recently, he felt some discomfort in his heart. For the sake of his health, he came to live in the earth hous
第三天晚上，屠先生感到他的胃不舒服，他睡不着，所以他决定四处走走。他注意到邻居的院子里有一个温暖的壁炉，便走进了这个火之屋。霍先生的侧影出现在来者面前——他正按照他妻子秘密的炖汤要领熬制汤肴。霍先生主动提出让屠先生尝一尝。在温热汤品的滋润下，屠先生的胃一会儿便感到舒服了。
On the third night, Mr. Tu felt sick in his stomach and couldn't sleep, so he decided to walk around. He noticed a warm fireplace in his neighbor's yard and went into the house of fire. Mr. Huo's profile appeared in front of the comer, who was cooking the soup according to his wife's secret recipe. Mr. Huo offered to let Mr. Tu have a taste. Under the moistening of warm soup, Mr. Tu's stomach soon felt comfortable
水生木

第四位是水女士，以前是一名著名的画家，但现在几近失明。她居住在富有活力的水之屋。
The fourth is Ms. Shui, who used to be a famous painter but is now almost blind. She lives in the dynamic water house.
第四天下雨了。透过艺术工作室的圆形窗口，水女士感受到雨水落在脸上反弹溅起的柔软涟漪，这让她感到十分舒适。穆女士注意到树后的瀑布声，她坐在旁边，后来到水院。她们坐在一起，分享着各自的生活日常。慢慢地，穆女士感到过去多年积在心中的压力消散了。
On the fourth day it rained. Through the circular window of the art studio, Ms. Shui feels the soft ripples of rain falling on her face, which makes her feel very comfortable. Ms. Mu noticed the sound of the waterfall behind the tree. She sat next to her and later went to the water yard. They sit together and share their daily lives. Slowly, Ms. Mu felt that the pressure accumulated in her heart over the years had dissipated.

最后一位是金先生，他在文化大革命运动中曾是一名积极份子，他总是骄傲且孤独，而他正在遭受噩梦和糟糕的睡眠。他现在居住在金之屋。
The last one is Mr. Jin, who was an activist in the cultural revolution. He is always proud and lonely, and he is suffering from nightmares and bad sleep. He now lives in the house of gold.
第五天非常晴朗，阳光明媚。金先生在他最喜欢的阳台上欣赏着壮丽的景色，这时他注意到院子里的音乐会开始了。失明的水女士在演奏古琴，那音乐让金先生流下了泪水。他慢慢地走下去，表达了他对这位艺术家的感激之情。从来没有在她的音乐中获得如此动人的回应的水女士备受鼓舞，便继续着她的演奏。
The fifth day was very sunny and sunny. Mr. king was enjoying the magnificent scenery on his favorite balcony when he noticed that the concert in the yard began. The blind lady Shui is playing guqin, and the music makes Mr. Jin shed tears. He walked down slowly and expressed his gratitude to the artist. Inspired by the fact that she has never received such a touching response in her music, Ms. Shui continues to play.

总有一天我们所有人都会变老，也会面临孤独。故事中的五位老人在“五行院”治愈了他们身心，同时也在这里找到了挚友，在攀枝花疗养院这样美好的地方，我们体会岁月静好与希望。
