学仰泳时,为什么鼻子经常呛水?

学仰泳,鼻子老呛水,相信这是初学仰泳者最最最痛苦的事儿了....
看看人家的泳姿多悠美,偏偏自己的鼻子会呛水....
怎么办呢?
于是有人勤练吐纳之术,有人更干脆,鼻子一夹...了事!
也有人说,仰泳的头不是一直都在水面上吗?那又怎么会呛水呢?
即使身体保持正确姿势,头部也在正确位置,如果肩膀在进行归位时过于用力,就无法技巧地进行摇摆,就会以肩膀沉入水中的姿势归位,这时归位那一侧的肩膀及手臂就会使水花四溅,水滴就会泼到脸上了。
所以在归位时要有无力的感觉,技巧地以摇摆将肩膀抬到水面上,以高位置进行归位。
另外有关头部的位置,下巴不能抬太高,如果下巴抬得太高,使鼻孔朝上,溅起的水花在脸上,水就会进入鼻子,又呛了...
因此,轻缩下巴是必须要注意的。

还有就是划水了,不正碓的划水,容易使身体形成上下大幅晃动的泳姿,使头部位置不固定,脸部容易溅起水,鼻子又要受到进水之苦啦!
所以正确的划水动作你也必须要确实熟习才好。

那我身体浮不起来呢?怎办?
这....这跟呛水无关吧?浮不起来人就在水里啦,再不吐气的话不呛水才怪!
(其实除了出发时这种在水里的不算,通常浮不起来的原因是身体并没有真正的展开平躺,再加上打腿不良,所以就沉啦.... )
那我怎办?
