竞赛背景

英國女王伊莉莎白二世經常說的一句英國諺語是"節約便士，英鎊自來"，每天深夜她都熄滅白金漢宮小廳堂和走廊的燈，她堅持皇家用的牙膏要擠到一點不剩。號稱「車到山前必有路，有路必有豐田車」的日本豐田公司，在成本管理上從一點一滴做起，勞保手套破了要一隻一隻的換，辦公紙用了正面還要用反面。一個貴為一國之尊、一個是世界著名的跨國公司，節約意識如此強烈，令人讚歎。为弘场中华民族勤俭节约的优秀传统,让艰苦奋斗、勤俭节约的思想在人们心中扎根成为自觉意识,特开展2020全国高校勤俭节约系列活动。

竞赛意义

古人は「倹約、徳の共也贅沢、悪の大也」、「暦baiは前賢国と家を見て、勤倹破由贅沢になる」。勤倹は中国人の伝統的な美徳であり、中華民族の優れた伝統である。一人、一家族、一国、人類全体にまで小さく、生き残るためには、発展するためには勤倹という二つの言葉が欠かせない。つまり、身を修めることも、斉家することも、国を治めることも勤倹を切り離すことができない。諸葛孔明は「静かに身を修め、倹約して徳を養う」ことを「身を修める」道とした。朱子は「粥一飯、考えるのは難しい。半糸半缕、恒念物力維難」は「斉家」の訓言として。毛沢東は「節約を励行し、勤倹建国」を「治国」の経験としている。国連は毎年10月31日を世界勤倹日と定めている。
