幸福的种子的故事

There are two poor young people who pursue happiness. After a hard journey, they finally find the messenger of happiness in a distant place. 

When the messenger saw that they had a kind heart, he gave each of them a seed of happiness. 

When a young man went back, he sowed the seeds on his own land, and soon a sapling grew in his land. 

He watered it hard every day, and the next year the branches flourished and the fruit hung all over the branches. 

He continued to work hard and gradually owned a large orchard and became a well-known rich man. 

He married a wife, had a son and lived a happy life.

When another young man went back, he set up a shrine, offered the seeds of happiness on it, and prayed piously every day. 

The young man boiled his hair white, but he was still destitute. 

He was so angry and puzzled that he traveled across mountains and rivers to the messenger of happiness and complained that the messenger had lied to him. The messenger of happiness smiled but did not answer, but only let him go to another young man to have a look. 

When he saw a large orchard, he suddenly woke up and hurried back to bury the seed in the soil, but the seed of happiness had been eroded by insects and lost its vitality.
