竞赛背景

 

測試大學生的語言文字知識和應用能力，弘揚中國文化，增強大學生規範使用國家通用語言文字的意識，促進語言文字教、學、測協調發展。 上屆大賽共有來自北京大學、中央財經大學和武漢大學等上千所高校大學生參與，獲得了眾多高校師生高度評價，特此將繼續面向全國大學生舉辦2021年第二屆全國大學生語言文字能力大賽據中國民族語言學會名譽會長孫宏開教授介紹，有幾種少數民族語言已經處於完全失去交際功能的狀態，如滿語、畲語、赫哲語、塔塔爾語等;這些語言面臨的傳承情況最為嚴峻。 雲南的子君語和臺灣的巴宰語已被聯合國教科文組織列為中國「極度瀕危」的語言。 貴州的木佬語僅有一個90多歲的老人會說，已是名副其實的垂危語言。 民族語言的保護工作取得了一些可喜成績，語言多樣性保護形勢依然嚴峻;需要進一步提高對民族語言重要性的認識。 正如中國知名學者周海中教授所言：當今處於弱勢的民族語言正面臨著強勢語言、全球化、互聯網等的衝擊，其社會使用功能正處於逐漸弱化或消失的危險境地;因此有關機構和語言學界都應該採取積極而有效的措施，搶救瀕危民族語言;保護民族語言，有利於人類文明的傳承和發展，也有利於民族團結、社會安定。
