The person is the senior student of my university, she is responsible for checking the dorm condition. Her job is to make sure that we have made our beds, and put things away. 

Her temper was not very good, she could be bossy and rude at the same time. She usually came with 5 other assistants from student union, wearing all black, with stone-cold faces. She would point at us and yelled at us, like a military coach in the army. 

We don't like her at all, but we have to be polite and friendly to her, because she would decide whether we could get a good mark on livelihood score which is as important as the academic score in campus. 

最近“大师姐”事件在网上闹得非常凶，但是我认为，其实背后学校的老师们才是应该被指责的对象，而那些查寝的学生也在某种程度上算是“制度和风气的受害者”。

在一些大学里，老师会把风气带的很糟糕，学生们来到大学前也只是白纸一张，受到不良风气的影响就自然而然的沾染了坏的习惯。这些媒体把事件曝光以后，最大的可能性就是让视频里的学生受到惩处，而真正躲在后面的那些带坏风气的老师们，会等风头过后继续带坏风气。

讲个小故事，我曾经在一所大学担任一段时间的老师，那个学校的很多老师就这样，家里打扫卫生喊学生去，办公室搬家喊学生去，亲戚结婚需要打杂人手喊学生去，甚至他妈交水电费都让学生跑腿，就好像一个四肢不灵活只有大脑的大章鱼。

如果学生反抗或者不顺从，老师往往就说：现在的学生可真不好带啊，一点也不知道吃苦。然后期末考试给使绊子。

所以事情还是要多面角度来看，希望那些被曝光的“学姐们”以后可以被正确的引导，树立起正确的价值观。
