天英双语幼儿园迎接食堂食品安全检查

为加强幼儿园的食堂食品安全，保证幼儿在园饮食的安全、营养、健康。9月3日上午，奉贤区市场监督管理局、保障中心食品安全科等联合检查组来到天英双语幼儿园，对我园新学期食堂食品卫生安全工作进行检查和指导。
检查组通过登记、出示健康码后进入校园，首先对李园长和保健许老师进行访谈，了解我园的食堂及食品安全管理的基本情况。
The inspection team entered the campus after registering and showing the health code. First, the inspection team interviewed Mr. Li and Mr. Xu to understand the basic situation of the canteen and food safety management in our park.
紧接着，检查组来到了食堂，分别查看了食堂各项规章管理制度、环境卫生、食品储存、加工制作、消毒记录、食品留样等情况，以及操作间、粗加工间、消毒间等区域的安全卫生情况。

检查组对我园的食堂食品安全工作给予了肯定，同时也提出了专业的建议，我园会以此次检查的要求标准，继续不断加强食堂工作的自查，一如既往地为孩子们提供营养、健康、可口的膳食。
The inspection team affirmed the food safety work of the canteen in our garden and put forward professional suggestions. Based on the requirements and standards of this inspection, our garden will continue to strengthen the self-inspection of the canteen work and provide children with nutritious, healthy and delicious meals as always.
