南京医科大学药学院国际课程《公共健康:技术,创新和经济影响》开课啦!

我校药学院特邀奥古斯塔大学(Augusta University) Gianluca De Leo教授和Vahe Heboyan副教授开设的国际课程《公共健康：技术，创新和经济影响》将于2021年10月14-27日进行线上授课，诚挚欢迎对本课程感兴趣的研究生报名参与学习。

Nanjing Medical University School of Pharmacy has invited Professor Gianluca De Leo and Associate Professor Vahe Heboyan from Augusta University to teach the international course "Public Health: Technology, Innovation and Economic Impact" online from October 14 to 27, 2021. Postgraduates who are interested in the course are sincerely welcomed to sign up.

本课程结合了奥古斯塔大学研究生CAHS 7120、MPHM8280、MPHM 7104三门课程，主要介绍美国和意大利的公共卫生问题。主题包括对公共卫生的技术解决方案和经济评估的介绍以及跨专业合作过程，其中包括与知识产权相关的合作、交流及价值观和道德规范。同时本课程还将向卫生行政人员介绍会计和财务的基本概念。

This course combines 3 courses for graduate students of Augusta University, CAHS 7120, MPHM 8280, and MPHM 7104. This course introduces the public health issues in USA and Italy. Topics will include an introduction to technology solutions and economic evaluation for public health, and the interprofessional collaborative process, which includes collaboration, communication and values and ethics related to interprofessional collaborative process. This course also introduces health administrators to fundamental concepts of accounting and finance.

主讲教师：Dr. Gianluca De Leo教授，美国奥古斯塔大学临床和电子健康学主任，从事健康管理、信息学、临床和环境健康学专业。Gianluca De Leo教授是健康科学领域的出色研究者，担任意大利国家标准化研究和促进机构科学专家，主持数十余项科研基金的研究，发表学术论文90余篇。

Dr. Vahe Heboyan，美国奥古斯塔大学人口健康科学系副教授，公共卫生创新与小企业认证项目主任，卫生与行为经济学研究实验室管理主任。主要研究方向为卫生与行为经济学、卫生政策、经济评价、应用计量经济学和卫生技术。

Instructors: Dr. Gianluca De Leo, Department Chair of Clinical and Digital Health Sciences at Augusta University, USA, is engaged in health management, informatics, clinical and environmental health. Professor Gianluca De Leo is an outstanding researcher in the field of health sciences. He is a Scientific Expert of the National Institution of Italy for Standardization Research and Promotion. He has presided over dozens of research funds and published more than 90 academic papers.

Dr. Vahe Heboyan, Associate Professor of Population Health Sciences Department at Augusta University, USA, is the Program Director of Certificate in Public Health Innovation and Small Business and Management Director of Health and Behavioral Economics Research Lab. His research interests include health and behavioral economics, health policy, economic evaluations, applied econometrics and health technologies.
