读懂营养成分表只要2步:
读数字
第二列是各类营养成分的含量,可以直观地比较哪个产品蛋白质更多,脂肪更少等等。
第三列是NRV%,也叫营养素参考值%。NRV%能告诉我们,吃了这个食物之后,我们每天所需的营养已经摄入了多少比例。
举个例子,还是这张表,它是某品牌酸奶的营养成分表,我们来看蛋白质这一行。
看表头
商家有时候会利用这一点,耍些小心机哦~
比如下面这张薯片的营养成分表。
乍一看,这个薯片的脂肪才8.2克,占每天所需的比例才14%,说好的薯片是高脂肪的热量炸弹呢?
再看看表头,每份食用量是30克,一包薯片有多少?70克!所以其实一包薯片的脂肪含量可是比表格中的数字翻倍还不止呢!
一般来说,营养成分表挑选的规律有这几条:
