【CIDGA 2021年会】首场对话:公共品与全球发展新叙事

★ 背景 / BACKGROUND

年会首场对话旨在厘清过去一年在国家、区域和全球等不同层面上涌现出的新型发展实践和新型发展叙事，从而为我们理解这个萌发中的世界图景提供思维的新框架和新视角。每位特邀嘉宾将从各自经历出发，提出当前自己最为关切的一个发展新议题和相关叙事，并展开跨学科、跨领域、跨时空的对话和交锋。今年尤其鼓励对全球公共品、全球发展共同体与新发展知识等相关议题展开讨论。本场对话将由中国农业大学国际发展与全球农业学院（CIDGA）、《文化纵横》杂志社、《开放时代》杂志社和中国国际发展研究网络（CIDRN）共同举办。

The first dialogue on the annual meeting is to review the new development practices and narratives having emerged nationally, regionally and globally in the past year, so as to provide new perspectives and new frameworks for us to get an overview of the current world development landscape. Distinguished speakers joining the dialogue proposed new development topics and related narratives they are most concerned with, aiming to conduct a cross-disciplinary, cross-domain, and cross-temporal dialogue. Topics on global public goods, global development community, and new development knowledge are particularly encouraged on the dialogue, which will be co-hosted by the College of International Development and Global Agriculture (CIDGA), Beijing Cultural Review Magazine, Open Times Magazine, and the China International Development Research Network (CIDRN).

【CIDGA 2021年会重磅推出】全球公共品与国际发展

自2018年以来，中国农业大学国际发展与全球农业学院（CIDGA)/中国南南农业合作学院（CISSCA）以年会的方式来推动本领域前沿话题的探讨，联合全球合作伙伴共同引领相关学术与政策对话。2018年主题为“中国的发展为世界带来什么”，2019年主题为“BAPA+40背景下新型南南合作的新议程”，2020年主题为“中国与国际发展：知识、治理与实践”。

In order to promote academic discussions and policy dialogues on cutting edge issues in the field of China and international development together with its global cooperation partners, the College of International Development and Global Agriculture (CIDGA), also China Institute of South-South Cooperation in Agriculture (CISSCA), initiated the International Conference on China and International Development in 2018 and has held the conference annually since, with the theme “Implications of China's Development to Global Development” in 2018, the theme “New Agenda on South-South Cooperation in the Context of BAPA+40” in 2019, and the theme “China and International Development: Knowledge, Governance and Practice” in 2020.

Against the backdrop of COVID-19 and the new global development paradigms, CIDGA and its partners are launching jointly ten dialogues to promote academic and disciplinary development and policy practice in the field of "Global Public Goods and International Development" on October 12-14, 2021. We welcome participation of academics, practitioners and all other audience with interest.

中国农业大学基于其过去几十年从“引进来”到“走出去”国际发展合作研究与人才培养探索之上，于2020年组建的校级跨学科、跨学院、围绕国际发展和全球农业相关学科进行科研和人才培养的校级新学科建设平台。面向国际前沿，秉持全球视野。
