2021年“设计创造未来”青年博士(国际)论坛预通知
一、论坛背景
2020年党的十九届五中全会提出了要“坚定不移贯彻创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的新发展理念”,对设计学学科的发展也具有重要指导意义。设计学作为一门重创新、重伦理、重应用的服务性学科,在新时代具有良好的发展前景,对于激发人才创新活力,形塑绿色生产生活方式,助力乡村振兴,践行创新驱动发展战略,推动我国建设创新型国家,具有重要作用。
为深入领会党的十九届五中全会精神,回顾设计学学科的发展历史,梳理设计学研究的重要成果,评鉴设计学实践的典型案例,反思设计学以创新为动力服务国家经济社会发展的路径和策略,尤其是为青年设计师和青年设计学理论研究者提供交流机会,特举办本次论坛。

四、参会对象
国内外高校设计学领域专家,本学科各专业的在读青年博士。
本论坛以文参会,拟参会人员请根据论坛议题提交未公开发表的学术论文一篇。

5月25日:公布入选论文及与会学者名单
5月28日:报到
5月29-30日:会议、浙江美丽乡村建设典型案例考察
5月31日:返程
六、会务费用
与会人员均不收取会务费,主办方承担与会青年博士食宿费用,交通费据实报销(火车票限硬卧、硬座,高铁限二等座,机票限经济舱)。

Notice on “Design-creative Future” Young PhD Forum 2021
Ⅰ. Background
It was pointed that we must pursue with resolve the concept of innovative, coordinated, green, open and shared development in the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. As a discipline focusing on innovation, ethics and application, design science has a bright prospect in the new era. It serves an important role in stimulating innovation, promoting rural revitalization and the construction of innovative nation, and practicing green ways of working and living and the strategy of innovation-driven development.
In order to fully comprehend the spirit of the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, promote the development of design science, and especially for the purpose of communication between young designers and young researchers working on the design science theories, we host the forum to review the history of the discipline, work through the significant achievements of design science researches, and explore the methods and strategies of design science serving for economic and social development as a driving force for innovation.

Ⅳ. Participants
Experts on design science at domestic and foreign universities and young PhD candidates in various disciplines of art theory. Participants should submit an unpublished academic paper based on the main issues of the forum.
Ⅴ. Timetable
Now until the May 20: participant’s paper submission.
May 25: releasing the list of participants and their paper titles.
May 28: participants’ check-in for the forum.
May 29 and 30: holding the forum and discussing the research on typical cases of the construction of beautiful villages in Zhejiang Province.
May 31: participants starting to return.
Ⅵ. Fees
The attendance of the forum doesn’t need fees, and hotel accommodation and meals will be paid by the host. Travel expense could be reimbursed, including train tickets of hard sleeper or hard seat, high-speed train tickets for second class seat, and airline tickets for economy class.

Deadline for paper submission is May 20, and please save the document f paper in the file name of “name of college-name-paper title”

The requirement for the paper is that the paper should be arranged in the order of title, author (including unit, province, city and zip code), abstract, key words, text and notes (placing in the bottom of pages as footnotes). Besides, the author's profile should be attached at the end of the paper, including name, year of birth, gender, native place, work unit, position, professional title, degree, email address and phone number.
