显微激光切割仪培训

研究所内一台显微激光切割仪（ZEISS PALM MicroBeam），现在A324房间，将安排蔡司应用工程师于近期进所培训，请各课题组依据需求报名。

Zeiss PALM 利用紫外激光对显微镜下的生物样本（组织切片、细胞簇、单细胞、染色体及染色体片断等）进行切割和分离，然后通过弹射装置将目的细胞收集于EP管内。在显微镜直视下快速准确地分离单一细胞亚群，直接获取目的细胞，适用于冰冻切片、石腊切片、细胞涂片等。

仪器使用管理采取授权开放使用的方式，实验人员必须依次参加理论培训、上机操作培训（申请上机培训者必须参加理论培训）、带教，并通过考核，签订安全操作承诺书后，获得上机权限，方可获得共享网仪器授权。设备使用，采取网上预约，线下登记的方式。

报名范围及培训要求

1. 理论培训自由报名，集中培训。

2. 上机操作培训，近3个月内需要使用该仪器开展实验的人员。

3. 申请上机操作培训者，必须已参加理论培训。

培训安排

理论培训：

中文：9月23日上午09:30-10:30，地点：B207

英文：9月23日上午10:30-11:30，地点：B207

上机操作培训：

中文：9月23日下午2:00-5:00，地点：A324

英文：9月24日下午2:00-5:00，地点：A324

为了保证培训质量暂定5人/组，依据报名情况分组。

报名方式：

请以课题组为单位，，课题组长或平台各中心负责人签字。申请表在2021年9月21日下午17:00前交给赵璟。

Training of Laser Microdissection and Microscope Systems

There is a set of Laser Microdissection and Microscope Systems (ZEISS PALM MicroBeam) in room A324. We will arrange training sessions by ZEISS application engineer recently. All are requested to register according to actual needs.

Zeiss PALM used ultraviolet laser to cut and separatebiological samples (tissue section, cell cluster, single cell, chromosome and chromosome fragment, etc.) under microscope, and then collected the target cells in EP tube by ejection device. It is suitable for frozen section, paraffin section, cell smear etc.. The experimental personnel must participate in theoretical course, hands-on training, and pass the assessment before obtaining authorization.

Application scope

1. Theoretical course is not limited, and you can sign up freely.

2. Hands-ontraining, personnel who need to use the instrument to carry out experiments in the next 3 months.

3. If you need hands-ontraining, the theoretical course is necessary.

2. Hands-on training in Chinese: 9/23 2:00-5:00 p.m. Room: A324

Hands-on training in English: 9/24 2:00-5:00 p.m. Room: A324

In order to ensure the quality of training, 5 persons/groups are tentatively scheduled, and further notice will be given after grouping arrangements according to the registration situation.

Ways of registration

Please fill in the training application form (please click to read the original text for download) with the research group as the unit and sign by PI. Then pass the signed registration form to Jing ZHAO (Room A314) before 17:00 p.m. 21^st Sept. 2021.
