先给大家道个歉，上一篇我分享的品质类话题作文的模板，在做真题示范时，忘记把真题贴出来了，这一篇我补到最后，需要的小伙伴拉到底就能看到啦~

今天的主题是分享社会科技类。

在英语四六级历年的写作中，社会科技类的作文也不小，大概有1/5~1/4。

这一类作文的特点是，题目用图/文的形式描述了一种社会现象，而这种现象可能跟某种科技或者社会文化有关，需要学生围绕这个话题进行展开。

展开的方向可以是出现这种现象的原因，这种现象带来的影响，这种现象的好坏，考验学生辩证思考的能力。

每个展开方向具体如何论述，可以参考下图分类1（即序号1）的框架第二段。

接下来园园姐的模板，也是参照这个框架给出。

第一段：描述现象，引出主题。

【图画描述】

1.  As is shown/depicted in the picture, .... The picture depicts a phenomenon that exists widely among...

如图所示，… 这幅图描绘了一种广泛存在于……的现象：……

2.  The picture vividly portrays...It is intended to draw people’s attention to..

【语言描述】

1.  With the advancement of society, ... has emerged and is thriving, accompanied by controversies.

随着社会的发展，……已经出现，并在不断发展，同时也伴随着一些争议。

最近几年，越来越多……

3.  Our society is witnessing a dramatic growth in the number of...

当今社会正见证……的急剧增长。

第二段：论述出现这种现象的原因。

【分点论述句型】

1. Why does...become a usual phenomenon in this field? First and foremost, ... Second, ... Third, ...

为什么……成了这个领域的常见现象了呢？首先，……。其次，……。再次，……

2. Among the reasons that lead to..., ... comes first.The second reason is... Besides,...

导致……的原因中，……当属第一。第二个原因是……，此外，……。

3. ... is no doubt to blame. But... also should hold responsible for...

……无疑是一个原因。但……也要为……负责任。

第二段：论述这种现象的影响。

【分点论述句型】

1. This may bring... with many disadvantages. The first disadvantage may be... Other undesirable effects, for instance, ... may also appear.

这可能会给……带来许多劣势。第一个劣势可能是……。其他不良影响，例如……，也可能出现。

2. Heated discussion has been generated by this phenomenon. It is held by some people that... However, others disagree with the view mentioned above. They argue that...

这一现象引发了人们热烈的讨论。有些人认为……。然而，其他一些人不赞同上述观点,他们认为……。

3. As I see it, there are both benefits and drawbacks for...On the one hand.... On the other hand ...

在我看来，……有利也有弊。一方面，……另一方面……

第二段：论述这种现象的利弊。

1. Evidence mounts that... does make people's life better. However, ...has brought about problems as well.

越来越多的证据表明，……的确能让生活变得更美好。然而，……也带来了一些问题。

2.  ..., as is the case with many issues, have both merits and demerits.

正如许多事物一样，……也是既有优点也有不足的。

3. As far as I am concerned, ... is like a double-edged sword, which can do both good and harm.

在我看来，……是一把双刃剑，既有利又有弊。

第三段，总结。

1.  As I see it, ... is closely related to..., so it is of great significance that...

在我看来，……与……息息相关。因此，……很重要。

2.  In order to... in a proper way, it is suggestive that...

为了妥善……，建议……。

3.  Only by taking use of it properly, can we get the best of it.

只有合理利用，才能发挥它最大的效益。

下面以真题为例，示范如何用模板写作。

题目给出关键词是online libraries，同时给出了第一句，Online libraries are becoming increasingly popular，这句话就是描述的一种社会现象。而网上图书馆的出现，肯定跟网络的普及有关系，会影响人们的阅读方式和阅读习惯，这是首先可以想到的。

题目并没有限定论述的方向，大家就可以根据自己的感受，从哪方面论述比较有话说，就选择哪方面。

接下来，我从影响及其利弊方面来论述，用上面各段的一些句子模板来写出文章。

Online libraries are becoming increasingly popular. Our society is witnessing a dramatic growth in the number of reading apps, each with a great amount of books. For the convenience of Internet, more and more people, especially the young, are turning to online libraries.

Heated discussion has been generated by this phenomenon. It is held by some people that this may bring many benefits. The first one may be the promotion of average reading. According to a BBC report, the average Chinese reads less than half as much as his American counterpart and online libraries may change that number. Other desirable effects, for instance, the popularization of reading may also appear.

However, others disagree with the views mentioned above. They argue that Internet has made it easier to publish a book, which means the quality of books in online libraries cannot be guaranteed.

As far as I am concerned, online library is like a double-edged sword, which can do both good and harm. Only by taking use of it properly, can we get the best of it.
