► 岗位介绍

职位：Senior Accountant
地点：Durham, North Carolina, United States

► 工作内容

1.Deliver country / functional accounting services; manage accounting and reporting process effectively; prepare / supervise month end closes and corporate reconciliation schedules; prepare / supervise any tax calculations declarations and annual statutory accounts；

2.Act as contact person for external audits. Ensure that all financial and accounting records are thoroughly maintained in preparation for independent audits；

3.Supervise all accounting processes；

4.Establish reasonable internal controls and maintain adequate and current documentation of the systems of internal control；

5.Ensure that all processes and decisions are in line with IQVIA SOPs and local legal / statutory requirements；

6.Where applicable, act as contact person with tax consultants and tax authorities；

7.Where applicable, ensure appropriate communication with all business partners & support business partners in financial decisions, if required；

8.May motivate, coach and lead a team of accountants；

9.Review the financial systems, processes and procedures on an ongoing basis for further development of efficiencies；

10.Manage timely completion of detailed account reconciliation and follow-up / resolve open items for specified tasks；

11.Maintain a solid working knowledge of technical accounting skills；

12.Participate in or manage Finance related projects as needed；

13.Perform other duties as assigned。

► 职位要求

1.Knowledge of PeopleSoft Finance modules；

2.Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications；

3.Knowledge of Salesforce and Planview applications is beneficial；

4.Technical accounting skills；

5.Strong analytical and numeracy skills；

6.Ability to identify financial issues and execute mitigating actions；

7.Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines；

8.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.

► 工作内容

1、负责客户市场的开发维护；

2、负责公司产品销售以及开拓多样性的营销服务；

3、根据客户理财需求制定针对性的投资理财方案，提供投资建议；

4、负责客户日常维护，提供投资者教育辅导；

5、负责达成既定的销售指标和营销目标；

6、营业部规定的其他事项。

► 职位要求

1、学历水平：统招大学本科及以上学历；
