清明节到了，据说有吃艾青饺的习俗，于是我邀请了姑姑来到我家一起包艾青饺。

我先把姑姑刚采来的艾叶放进锅里，加入了水开始煮。过了一会儿，我打开锅盖，哇！艾叶已经煮烂了，水已经变成了墨绿色的艾叶汁。只见姑姑把面粉倒入了一个盆中，并把刚煮好的艾叶汁也加入其中，并熟练地用手在盆中搅拌着，将面粉与艾叶汁融为一体，用力揉啊揉呀……
