公共技术服务平台系列培训2021年第二十期:实验室生物安全培训

The third round of IPS BSL-2/ABSL-2 laboratory training course will start in mid September. Biosafety training is held four times a year, once a quarter. This training is in the third quarter, and the next training is expected in December. So IPS researchers and students, who plan to use the BSL-2/ABSL-2 laboratory in the next four months should apply for the training.  

I.  Training content

1. Theoretical training: basic knowledge of laboratory biosafety.

2. Practical training: laboratory operation practice.

II. Training time

The training time is tentatively scheduled from September 14, 2021 to September 17, 2021. The specific schedule will be notified separately.

III. How to apply

Please send the attached registration form <Application for ABSL-2/BSL-2 laboratory training> to biosafe@ips.ac.cn.

The applicant should also print the registration form and send to the control room on 9F of B Building. The registration form should be signed by your PI and yourself.

V. Additional remarks

In order to ensure the training quality, the applicant shall participate in the training in the whole process and shall not be absent. Those who are 15 minutes late for the training will be disqualified. If you can't attend the training on time, please inform the training contact in advance.
