外贸小技巧—怎样简单起草一份邮件给新客户?

     前篇我们谈到快速向客户介绍自己及公司情况的几个句子,今天我们继续来学习如何简单把这些信息运用到邮件中并与客户试着发展一下商业合作。

你还是可以先简单介绍下自己:

1、I am Ada, a sales rep in Ada Textiles Import & Export Co, Ltd. 

We are a Trading Company based in Keqiao Shaoxing, China. We specialize in woven and knitted fabrics,mainly used for ladies wear and mainly export to Middle East countries.

(我是Ada,是Ada纺织进出口有限公司的销售代表,我们是一家位于中国绍兴柯桥的外贸公司,我们主营梭织和针织面料,主要用于女装,主要出口到中东国家)

假设之前你们有过一些联系、

以前展会见过等:


2、We met during the Shanghai.

Textiles Fair in 2019. Hope your business is doing well. 

(我们在2019年的上海展会见过,希望你的生意一直很好)

简单慰问后,快速进入主题,

询问客户目前的面料需求等:


3、I would like to inquire about the demand and supply of textiles within your market at the moment. Are there any particular items that are popular? I can arrange samples for you and send them by courier. If you are interested in any item, we can quote you our best price. I hope we can engage in some business together.

(我想问一下您那边的市场纺织品供求情况如何,有没有什么特别流行的款式?我这边可以帮你安排样品,快递寄给你,如果你有看中的款,我们会给你最好的价格,希望我们可以一起合作)


加上开头及结尾问候语,

这篇简单的邮件就写好啦~

亲爱的Michael,
