读后续写:素材片段(1)

写在前面

       读后续写作为新题型让很多师生感到迷茫，无从下手。尽管网络上各种技巧层出不穷，但是学生还是难以写出好文章。主要原因还是由于我们阅读的小说较少，甚至没有阅读过，见识太少，用英语表达就更难了。网络上也有各种高级句式，名家描写，但是对于大多数学生来说是遥不可及的。本系列将从学生水平出发，进行整理，目的在于激发学生欣赏，模仿，利用目前所学来提升续写。

I sensed something abnormal or mysterious buried somewhere in my grandpa.

我总感觉到我的爷爷身上隐藏着一些不正常或神秘的东西.

 

His sincerity and particularly the sweet smile in his greeting undoubtedly earned his respect and popularity, but his always wearing a pair of sunglasses appealed to everyone’s curiosity.

他的真诚，尤其是问候时甜美的笑容，无疑为他赢得了尊重和人气，但他总是戴着一副墨镜，挑起了大家得好奇心。

 

The life of senior high was always occupied with stacks of books and large amounts of homework, especially when one was a member of the high school with an excellent reputation. Every day, all spared no pains to prepare for various examinations, which would bore one to death not to seek excitement.

高中生的生活总是被一摞摞的书本和大量的作业所占据，尤其是当自己是高中名校的一员，更是如此。每天都不遗余力的准备各种考试，不去寻找点刺激简直会把人烦死。

 

His biggest headache was that he found it hard to control his temper, because he tended to lose patience with others.

他最头疼的是很难控制自己的脾气，因为他容易对别人失去耐心。

My desk-mate can devote himself to whatever he decided on, full of enthusiasm and confidence.

 

我的同桌可以全身心地投入到他决定的任何事情上，充满了热情和信心。

Tom blinked at him in surprise and then shook his head despite himself, thinking that birds of a feather flock together, they resembled each other to such a degree. 
汤姆惊讶地朝他眨了眨眼，然后不顾一切地摇了摇头，他认为，物以类聚人以群分，没想到他们居然相似到了这种程度。

 

“Tom, it's not late to withdraw from the basketball Match.”  Whispered Jack, covering his mouth with a hand and offering his characteristic grin when Professor Lee turned around.

"汤姆，现在退出篮球比赛还来得及。"  杰克低声说道，当李教授转过身来的时候，他用手捂住了自己的嘴，露出了他特有的笑容。

 “I am not a coward.” Thought Tom, annoyed, giving him an angry stare.

"我不是懦夫。" 想到这里，汤姆恼羞成怒的瞪了他一眼。

 

Hearing this, he slipped a very little mirror hidden in the drawer into his hand. He saw a delicate square face, then high-arched nose, bushy eyebrows and big eyes. Such a good-looking face, however, made a fool of himself before his classmates.
