通知 | 2022/2023学年博士研究生申请延长中国政府奖学⾦资助期限的通知

各位中国政府奖学⾦博士研究⽣

Dear Chinese Government Scholarship PhD Students:

参照国家留学基金委要求，现已开放2022/2023年奖学金博士研究生延长留学期限申请。⽆法按原计划毕业，拟申请延期的博⼠研究⽣，必须按照要求完成系统申报流程。⽆故不参加者，将无法延长奖学金资助期限。相关要求如下：

According to the regulations of China Scholarship Council, the application system is now open for extending the duration of study for PhD students for the Year 2022/2023. Those doctoral students of CSC who cannot graduate as planned and are going to apply for the graduation extension，have to complete the application process on the system as requested. The scholarship will not be extended if you fail to take part in the application without justifiable reason. The requirements are as follows:

（⼀）学习态度认真、表现良好；

Students who have serious learning attitude and good performance;

（⼆）未被派遣国列入2022/2023年度奖学金计划；

Students who have not included in the 2022/2023 scholarship program of sending state;

（三）已完成学校规定的开题报告并通过中期考核（学校未设置中期考核的，则应达到学校规定的培养要求）。

Students who have completed the proposal report required by the school and passed the mid-term assessment (if the school does not set mid-term assessment, it should meet the training requirements stipulated by the university).

（四）从未获得过奖学金资助期限延长

Students who have not been granted the extension of the scholarship before.

（五）申请延长期限累计不超过一学年

The cumulative period of application for extension shall not exceed one academic year.

博士研究生导师审核该生论文开题情况、中期考核情况、申请延长期限情况，并给出审核结果：同意、不同意。

Supervisor review the PhD student's thesis proposal, mid-term evaluation and application for extension, and give the review result: Agree or Disagree.

上海海洋⼤学再次确认该生论文开题情况、中期考核情况、申请延长期限情况，并给出审核结果：批准、不批准、回退学生。

Shanghai Ocean University checks PhD student's thesis proposal, mid-term evaluation and application for extension, and give the review result: Approve, Disapprove, and Return to the Students.

25^th, May- 26^th, May Review by Shanghai Ocean University.
