A-  设计前  Pre-design 

1- 住宅分析 Residence Analysis

对住宅进行分析，尤其是对地理位置、楼层、面积等进行分析，这将使我们大致了解潜在布局的可能性。

Analysis on the residence especially on geographical location, floor level, area etc. it will give us a general idea the potential layout possibilities. 

2- 家庭了解 Family Understanding 

为了更好地了解您和您的家人，我们希望能与您见面沟通，了解您当前的生活方式，也很乐意听到你和你的家人对你的住所有什么“大想法”和“小要求”。这样，我们可以把你的概念想法变成更具体的意向。

To better understand you and your family, we’d like to have a physical meeting with you to see how you current life style is. We’ve love to hear your “big ideas” and “small requests” for your residence. It is where we can turn your conceptual ideas into something more tangible.  

B- 概念设计 Concept Design  

概念设计阶段，我们将继续与你沟通讨论潜在的可能性，并且通过手绘呈现，以大致明确最终设计方向，此阶段为免费设计服务。 

For concept design, we will have an indepth discussion with you to see potential posibbilities by presenting sketches in order to identify the direction at no cost. 

1- 现场观察和测量 - 这里我们将开始测量和记录您未来家园的现有空间。现有的图纸可以帮到我们，但我们通常需要花费几个小时来收集尺寸和照片，以便推进工作。

Site-seeing and measurement- The project starts with us measuring and documenting the existing space of your future home. If existed drawings can help, but often we need to spend a few hours gathering the dimensions and photographs we’ll need to move forward.

2- 布局和动线设计-主要通过在纸上绘制草图，我们将探索各种方式来组织和定位您的家。良好的布局可以确保您和家人的日常生活能够在空间中流动，并能最大限度地利用空间。

Layout and traffic flow design- Mainly with sketching on a paper, we’ll explore various ways your home could be organized and positioned. A good layout can assure you and your family’s daily routine can flow in the space, and maximize space usage. 

3- 色板 - 我们将根据您喜欢的设计风格创建一个色板，主要通过将提供主要空间的参考图片来实现，一并建议哪些元素更加适合。

Mood Board - We will create a mood board based on the design styles you prefer. To realize this purpose, reference pictures for major spaces will be provided. We will also suggest what elements fit more properly than others. 

C- 全屋空间效果图 Main Spaces in 3D  

尽管前面确定了设计方向，这里仍有大量工作要做，所以这个阶段我们需要签署合同以进行下面的工作，合同签署后我们将把概念草图或抽象概念转换成更精致和真实的图片效果渲染中。

Once the design direction has been identified, there will still be plenty of work to be done. In this case we need to sign the design contract to move forward. Then we’ll begin to flesh out the rough sketch or abstract ideas of the concept into rendering that is more refined and real.

1- 亮度分析Luminance Analysis

亮度和对比度是视觉系统功能的核心。没有光，就没有视觉，没有对比，我们就看不到空间或时间模式。对亮度做出反应是视觉中必不可少的第一步，使得其他所有视觉功能成为可能。

Luminance and contrast are central to the function of the visual system. Without light, there can be no vision and without contrast we can see no spatial or temporal patterns. The ability to respond to luminance is an essential first step in seeing, which makes all other visual function possible.

2- 材质选择 - Material Selection

这将确保您在渲染上看到的内容能够真正实现。它将同时确保设计和结构完整性，以增加使用寿命，另外值得一提的是具有竞争力的成本也是我们的一个优势。

This will assure what you see on the renderings can be brought to reality. It will ensure the design and structural integrity for lifetime at the same time.  Competitive costs are also a plus. 

3- 定制家具 Customized Furniture

定制家具为房子提供了独一无二的形象。它提供了你想要的确切的颜色和尺寸，许多木材、样式和材料选项，也将进一步帮助创造独特的视觉外观。更重要的是，它提供了完美的功能和空间利用，进而“增加”了您的空间。这部分通常指是衣柜、步入式衣柜、嵌入式书架、护墙板等。

Customized built-in furniture provides one-of-a-kind image to the house. It provides the exact color and size you want and also many options for wood, style, and materials will further help create a unique look.  More importantly it provides perfect function and fit of your space to “increase” your spaces in a certain way. This normally refers to wardrobe, walking-in-closet, integrated bookshelf, wall-paneling etc.

4- FF&E 软装设计

软装指的是指可移动的家具、窗帘、地毯、艺术装饰画和饰品等等。如果我们把建筑结构比作人的骨骼，那么软装则更像是人的皮肤。它为您和您的家人提供日常的使用和隐私，同时又兼具功能和舒适。同时也可将自己的个性融入到你的家中，真正如你所要。

FF&E refers to all movable furniture or electronics that have no permanent connection to the structure of a building. If we take the interior as an example, structure are the bones of the house , FF&E are more like skins and cosmetics. It provides daily intimacy and privavy, function and comfort to you and your family members. And it is where you can really ingest your own personalities into your home to make it feel like yours.

 

5- 主要空间渲染效果图 Main Spaces in 3D 

一旦我们或多或少了解了某种设计风格和主要软装方向，现阶段将提供渲染图片，为您提供“竣工”图。

Once we are more or less on a certain design style and main FF&E style, rendering pictures will be provided at this stage to give you a “as-built” image. 

D- 施工图纸 Construction Drawings 

到这里，我们开始让一切成为现实，再次核验尺寸、确认各个关键节点，以便你的住宅能按“设想”建造。我们还将定期与施工队讨论如何处理某些细节、以及他们所需要的施工相关文件。

For now we need to begin making everything real and achievable. Dimensions will be verified and construction details will be developed to so that your house will be built as imagined. we’ll also have regular discussions with contractors about how they would like to approach certain details and what documentation they need to build the project. 

我们还提供了一套规范，这些规范是项目所需材料和工艺的书面说明。一旦所有这些信息完成，承包商将有足够的信息提供最终施工成本，并开始对您的家进行施工。

We also provide a set of specifications which are written descriptions of the materials and workmanship the project requires. Once all this information is complete the Contractor will have enough information to provide a final construction cost and begin working on your home. 

E- 施工协同  Construction Coordination

一旦项目在施工中，承包商将需要回答有关设计意图的问题，最好让熟悉施工的人作为您的现场代表，让熟悉设计的人代表您行事会很有帮助，这样我们也可以在现场施工协调沟通过程中帮忙监督、派上用场。

Once the project is under construction, the Contractor will need to have questions answered about the intent of the design and it’s a good idea to have someone knowledgeable about construction acting as your representative on the site. It can be helpful to have someone familiar with the design acting on your behalf - that's where our Construction coordination services come in handy.

 

F-软装进场 FF&E Installation

当室内施工完成后， 我们将与软装供应商协调运输装运和质量检查事宜。软装设计能够充分调节家里的氛围情绪。当你看到你的房子里不断地加入您自己挑选的、即将伴随你一生的日常家居品，那时的你将会十分的感动和幸福。

Once construction is finished, we will coordinate with the ff&e provider with shipment and quality inspection. FF&E set the mood and atmosphere of a location. It would be thrilled and excited for you to see that your house is enriched with daily stuff that is going to accompany you for lifetime.
