一、文化交流

1.学习中文

Suppose your university is going to hold a Culture Week about Chinese culture and your friend James is interested in it and also wants to learn Chinese.Write him an email to:

1. tell him the arrangement of the Culture Week;

2. provide him with some suggestions about learning Chinese.

You should use Zhang Wei instead of your own name. 

假设你们大学将要举办关于中国文化的文化周，你的朋友詹姆斯对此感兴趣，并且他也想要学习中文。给他写一封邮件：

假设你的对学习中文感兴趣的外国朋友威廉姆写信来询问一个合适的地方来学中文。写一封信回复他：1). 推荐一个地方给他；2). 给他一些学中文的建议。

2.学习文化：

Suppose your foreign friend William who is interested in Chinese culture wrote a letter to enquire some advice about learning Chinese Culture. Write a reply to:

1).give him some tips and 

2) invite him to visit China in future. 

假设你的对中国文化感兴趣的外国朋友威廉写了一封信来咨询学习中文的建议。给他写一个回复：1）给他一些贴士；2）邀请他将来到中国参观

3.在中国的生活建议

Suppose your foreign friend William is going to study in your university next month and wrote a letter to ask for some advice about living in China.Write a reply to:

1) give him some advice and

2) suggest a meeting with him.

假设你的外国朋友威廉姆下个月要到你们大学学习，并且写了一封信来询问关于生活在中国的建议。写一个回复：1).给他一些建议 2).提议和他见面。

二、活动组织

1.组织演讲比赛

Suppose your friend Jack’s university is going to organize a speech contest on the topic of how to  reduce overuse of cellphones,please write an email to him:

1. ask about the arrangement of the speech contest;

2. provide him with some suggestions on the topic.

 You should use Zhang Wei instead of your own name. 

在本题中，主题 how to reduce overuse of cellphones，

还可能会被换成其他的内容比如：

save food 节约食物 garbage sorting垃圾分类

how to properly use digital products

如何合理利用电子产品

重要的是我们要把握好写作的框架，

然后根据具体的主题来扣题

2.开展垃圾分类的通知

Suppose your university is going to conduct a campaign about garbage sorting. You are asked to write a notice of 100 words to introduce the campaign and call for some volunteers. 

Do not write your own name and use Wang Gang instead.

假设你的大学将要开展一次关于垃圾分类的活动。你被要求去写一个100百字的通知，介绍这次活动并且招募志愿者。

3.开展节约食物的通知

Suppose you are a member成员 of student union联合会 and write a notice in the name of student union to introduce介绍 a volunteer activity活动 about saving节约 foods on campus校园 and call for招募,号召 some volunteers. 

假设你是学生会的一名成员，以学生会的名义写一份通知去介绍一个关于在校园里节约食物的通知，并招募志愿者。

4.开展支教项目的通知

Suppose you are working for an aid援助 education教育 project during the summer vacation .Write a notice to:

1)briefly introduce this project 

2)encourage your classmates to participate 

假设你正在为暑期支教项目工作。写一份通知：1）简要介绍该项目 2）鼓励你的同学们参与

上述几个关于不同主题的活动，所使用的框架结构其实差不多，

重点是如何围绕“节约食物”，“垃圾分类”，“支教”等话题来积累写作素材

5.去老年人中心的活动报告

write a news report to your campus newspaper on a volunteer activity organized by your Student Union to assist elderly people in the neighborhood.

给你的校园报纸写一份新闻报告，关于学生会组织的一次去帮助老年人的志愿者活动。

这里虽然让写report报告，但其实也可以按照我们的通知格式来写作。
