Grade 2-5 Online

Transfer Admissions Information

G2-5 transfer admission application starts on May 18th, 2022 and ends on June 2nd, 2022.

Time of enrollment: September, 2022

Process

1. Scan QR code to complete online registration: Shanghai JCID WeChat Official Account.

2. Download the updated admission packet (checklist and recommendation form with JCID template).

3. Prepare and send all the required documents to ES office by email:

jcid.elementary@jcid.cn

4. Application information and documents will be reviewed.

5. Selected candidate parents will receive confirmation email for online assessment on June 13th.

Online Admission Assessment Information

1. Assessment Date: Friday June 17th, 2022

Time: G2 & G3: 10:00am-11:00am

G4 & G5: 09:00am-11:00am

*The date and time may change depending on the current epidemic situation. Please pay attention to the notice.

2. Online assessment is instructed all in English and includes:

Reminder

1

One passport number can only register once in the online system. If parents need to fix the application, please contact ES office.

The application won’t be accepted until ES office receive all the required documents on the checklist via email.

All application information and documents will be carefully reviewed and well kept only for the use of admission.

The admission assessment will be held online.

5

A letter of admission or a notice of waiting list will be sent by email to candidates’ parents.
